My Week so far

Things have been okay lately. Since I had such an awesome weekend, I didn’t really do much school-wise. I had an assignment due on Wednesday (class was cancelled), and I have a test in under three hours in Astronomy. Right now, I’m in the computer lab just hanging out and such. Here’s what I did this week:

Monday I spent the day with my best friend again. She drove down here, and I took her out to a park and a recreation park in town. We stopped by Turner Lake and looked out at the scenary. It was gorgeous! The wind was blowing, there were ducks on the lake, and the temperature was good enough to stand out there for a long time. The first part of our adventure was at the park. We proceeded to swing, and do the things little kids would do. It was a very relaxing day for the two of us.

On the same kind of note, nothing’s going on btw Liz and myself. In fact, things will never go further than best friends and I’m okay with that.

Tuesday morning I came back to GSU and had my classes. I had forgotten my key at home so I had to get a temporary key for the time being. I spent part of the day in the dumps but I felt better by the end of the day.

What’s the big deal with American Idol anyway? It’s taking precious time away from 24, Bernie Mac, and Cedric the Entertainer Presents. I heard on the radio that they are featuring the worst talent so they can be embarrased. ‘Tis a shame I’d say.

Anyway, yesterday I had my classes and I came home. I didn’t feel like eating much yesterday until later on in the evening.

Thanks for everyone’s comments on my last entry (even the one Simon wrote). I just like being romantic and I thought that I would write out some of the things I would do. Anyway, I’m going to head off now. Wish me luck on the test.

Heh, I love America Idol, or Pop Idol (as it’s called over here.) It’s funny to watch Simon Cowell make fun of all the people who can’t sing – he he. Cruel, but funny. Pray for me tonight, I’ve got my Psychology exam tomorrow – ARGH!

i wish I would get the chance to see american idol.. blah work sucks cause I miss everything. hehe They probably paid those really sucky people to be on the show to make it more fun.

hey good luck on your test!!!! im sure you will do great 😀 Jocelyn

Thanks Joe. No one has brought me down. I stated it clearly, I’ll stand strong behind my site. If it’s only me there in the end, I’ll still be smiling for I have accomplished my dream

its bad karoke..the shows judges even said so lol

Like I said, stand strong 😉

I’ve finally caught up over here..lol…I gots a few things ta say tho. 1. I’m not sure if i should be insulted at the way you broadcast the fact that i’m with someone else and that its not an OFFICIAL relationship like normal people would have or not. I mean I know Seth and I are not a normal couple, but do ya find it neccessary to boast the type of relationship we do have to everyone ya know?…

..Your supposed to be my bestfriend. So i’m asking you to please when/if you write about Seth and I try not to make our relationship sound like something out of a cheap movie. Because although unintentional the way you talk about what he and i have hurts my feelings. 🙁 I love ya lots, but try to be a little more sensitive toward me with that subject, ok. Cya! Lizzie

I’ve never watched American Idol.. though from your words it seems like I’m not missing much! LOL… But I think it also takes away from other programming that could be so much more useful than that. HA! Take care…
