Happy Thanksgiving!

So I had a great time today with my family. My mom and I ended up going to my sister’s, but we didn’t get there until around 3. It was also nice because my brother-in-law was home. He started training to be an OTR driver over the summer. He’s gone for weeks at a time before returning home for a couple of days.

When we got there, everyone was pretty much knocked out from eating lol. Anyway, we had dressing, turkey, ham, black eyed peas, mac and cheese, turnip greens, red velvet cake and sweet potato pie. After eating, Darryl and I watched the rest of the football games. My mom and I ended up leaving around 7:30.

I have no plans to do any shopping tomorrow. I do plan on putting up the Christmas tree however. Darryl has to go back on the road starting Saturday, so my sister may need help putting her tree up.

Anyway, I’m going to get out of here and head on to bed.
