Brief

Tomorrow will wrap up my first full week at the new job. I’ve worked 32 hours this week, and I plan on working a full eight tomorrow. Sunday also marks my brother’s birthday! Trey will be 29, and his girlfriend has arranged for a birthday dinner at a moraccon restaurant tomorrow.

My Easter was fantastic! I stayed home for most of the day. We then went over to my sister’s house for the Easter egg hunt. I was pleasantly surprised to see my great niece Azahrya. I only see her once a year, and she has grown soo much since the last time I saw her. She is about to turn 5. She is sooo talkative and smart!

The weather was absolutely perfect. So a few of the neighborhood kids participated in the Easter egg hunt, and after that was over, we played some other games. We played red rover, red light, green light, mother may I?, and hide and go seek. After that, the kids ran towards another house to go to another easter egg hunt. I had a chance to talk to Darryl and my mom for 20 minutes. My brother-in-law mentioned that we might go on another trip to Myrtle Beach in the summer. I would love to go!! It is one of my favorite places to travel, and the last time we went, we only stayed for two days.

Well, I’m going to hit the sack. This entry was shorter than I expected it to be. I’ll have a more proper update sometime this weekend.
