About last entry and other things…

The last couple of days, I’ve begun to explore all possible aspects of my talents to see if I could find something worthy for the future. I’ve written before about the fight scene I choreographed at a demo last month; I have also written out part of the fight scene as well. With that in mind, I thought about the fact that I could be a choreographer for a career or something. I went to my advisor and told her I wanted to change my major. She gave me a pace form for my current major and a sample one for film and video. A pace form is just a list of all your classes completed and the ones you have let to take. She told me that I would need to dig around before making my decision.

(I’m doing this now because I don’t have enough classes to seriously wreck my future. I also don’t have two majors conflicting with each other class wise like Biology and Journalism.)

The last couple of days, I’ve been looking up classes for the film and video major. I decided to change it today. My plan is to take 3-4 classes next semester to finish up my core. Then, I would hit my major classes during Spring Semester.

I also have 12 hours left in my minor since Jour 1000 counts towards that as well.

Also, I’m going to work on TR (hopefully) close to home. This will allow me to save up for an apartment or whatever and save up on loans (living here cost about $4,000+). I will still have a loan, but just for tuition.

Anyway, last entry wasn’t meant to be a demeaning entry or one where I made her look like the bad guy. That’s not what I wanted. She told me that she wasn’t too sure if she wanted a long distance relationship because of what has happened in the past. She mentioned that she doesn’t have a license yet so she can’t drive. Actually, the only thing that struck me was when she said that her and Josh will never break up.

The end of the semester is nearly here :-). Today, I have my last lab EVER!!!! Next Thursday, I have my last science class [insert SQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQUUUUUUUUUUUUUEEEEEEEEEEE <—that's for you Loz :-P] so that's cool. After that week, I have three finals in this order: Sociology, French, and Journalism. Then, the first full week of May will be my last final: Intro to Computer Science.

Oh yeah, my Sociology profesor is 5 months pregnant! The baby is a girl…I’ve really enjoyed her as my professor :-).
