Things about me.
Maybe I am doing NoJoMo….
Things about me.
10 things about your appearance (clothes, face, hair, height, smile, piercings, tattoos).
1.) I am short. 5’3″ which makes any sort of weight gain like WAY more noticeable.
2.) I have a gap between my front teeth. I had braces and a small surgery to correct it, but here it is, back for life. I kind of like it, it makes me unique and it’s not so big that people can see my tonsils when I smile.
3.) My hair is natural. It’s brown with pronounced blonde highlights. I’ll never dye my hair (until grey sets in…. eep!)
4.) My eyes change colors from blue to green to grey to in between. I haven’t figured out the pattern or reasons why they are any color at any given time. My favorite is green. I can always tell I’m going to have a good day when my eyes are green.
5.) My style is very eclectic but basic. I mix and match and try to wear something a little funky every day. Today I’m wearing a purple summer dress, black tights, grey t-strap flats, an oversized grey sweater and a cream/yellow Indian silk scarf I just bought yesterday.
6.) My right ear is pierced three times, my left ear twice. I wear earrings EVERY DAY. My nose is pierced and I wear a stud most of the time, unless I’m feeling particularly rock ‘n roll… then I wear a really tiny hoop.
7.) I hate my arms. They’ve always seemed too big for my body. Now everything seems a little too big.
8.) I’m very proportional. The only thing that’s somewhat stand-out-ish is that I have a pretty big ass. It’s not insane but I’ve definitely gotten some compliments on it. So that’s cool.
9.) I wear minimal make-up. I wear mineral powder, I play up my eyelashes and wear a light layer of blush, I fill in my eyebrows a bit and that’s it, folks.
10.) My boobs aren’t very big but I don’t care. I cringe at the thought of having a massive rack.
10 things you do every single day.
1.) Drink tea.
2.) Eat vegetables.
3.) Smoke one cigarette.
4.) Listen to music.
5.) Smile.
6.) Have paralyzing fear from the thought of death.
7.) Cuddle with my cat.
8.) Text.
9.) Facebook.
10.) OD.
10 things about your personality.
1.) I like attention, but only when I’m in the mood for it.
2.) I NEED alone time. I need a day to myself at least once a week. Life can be very busy and I have to recover and do things that I’ve had to put off, like paint my nails, grocery shop, watch tv, cuddle with my cats, clean my apartment, etc.
3.) I’m funny as hell and I’ll wit your socks off.
4.) I don’t really like babies or old people. Babies are like aliens and old people smell. I know it’s terrible but I’m just not good with either. My strengths as a person don’t translate with them.
5.) I’m snobby in theory, but don’t really have a right to be anymore because I’m not rich.
6.) I don’t have a problem confronting people about issues (Jason, Katie, my boss) except for my family. I took a role early on as the submissive one because everyone was so batshit crazy, and it’s difficult for me to break out and be who I REALLY am, which is someone who doesn’t take shit.
7.) I’m a bit selfish.
8.) I’m tactfully honest.
9.) I’m generous.
10.) People have a tendency to think I have an attitude. I can have an attitude, but I think they usually just assume I do before it even shows.
10 of your favorite foods.
1.) Roasted vegetables (asparagus, potatoes, zucchini, carrots, ANYTHING)
2.) Grilled cheeeeese please
3.) Cookies
4.) Fuckin’ cheese pizza
5.) Pasta with butter and parmesan
6.) Salads with sunflower seeds
7.) Indian food
8.) Lamb and veal (I am a vegetarian but DAMN are those things good)
9.) Macaroni and cheese (I’m seeing a pattern with the cheese)
10.) Pho
10 things about your family.
1.) My mom and dad got divorced when I was 8 and are both remarried.
2.) My dad has two kids with his current wife, Adam is 13 and Sarah is 9.
3.) My stepdad has two kids from his previous marriage which makes them my step siblings. Aaron is 28 and Annie is 30. They both have kids.
4.) My step-dad is a super right-wing republican and an armed commercial pilot. He is overly adamant about his stupid republican political views and is offensive. He is a carbon copy of Glenn Beck.
5.) My real and only sister is, as you know, crazypants. She is bipolar and has borderline personality disorder. She had a psychotic break in February and has since gotten her life back in working order, thank god.
6.) My dad is an alcoholic, somewhat recovered. No one brings alcohol into his house (except him, when he relapses). He is very ashamed. He’s also struggled with quitting smoking his whole life.
7.) My mom was physically abused by her alcoholic father, and is very distant, not affectionate and closed off. She never talks about her feelings.
8.) Alcohol is very prevalent on my mom’s side of the family. We drink at every family function. Wine, usually.
9.) I only have one living grandparents, my dad’s mom, who is 95. I see her once a month.
10.) I have an adopted 17 year old sister named Destiny. I am resentful and jealous, but I also see many positive qualities in her.
10 things about your friends.
1.) I don’t belong to a ‘group’ of friends, never have. I have a lot of friends but very rarely are they friends with each other.
2.) My best friends include: Jason, Emily, Natalee, Neil, Sherri.
3.) I’ve had rocky friendships in the past. Only recently have I begun to settle down and stick with people who REALLY matter to me. The newest friend in that group is Jason, we’ve been friends for 2 years.
4.) I value even give-and-take.
5.) Aside from real-life friends, some OD people are my best friends as well. You know who you are. I really hope one day we can all meet.
6.) I tend to gravitate towards male friends, but as I get older I can see flaws in that program. Girls listen better, with dudes there’s always a sexual undertone that I think I liked, but now I’m getting tired of.
7.) I do not have a gay best friend, and this upsets me greatly. Jason is the closest I have.
8.) I am not friends with anyone I was friends with in highschool, except the whole facebook-friends thing.
9.) My mom always worries about my friend choices. Little does she know, I am usually the bad influence, not the other way around.
10.) I don’t think I am anyone’s best friend.

7.) Procrastination
8.) My cat who apparently can’t shit IN THE CATBOX and my apartment sometimes smells faintly like cat piss. Found out why, recently… she had apparently peed on everything in the bottom of my pantry. Had to throw it all away and clean. Smells much better now. Just waiting for the next war zone.

6.) You are active and have a clean diet.
7.) You’re a little bad… don’t always make the ‘right’ choice. You have vices and don’t mind mine.
8.) You encourage me to follow my dreams and don’t put me down when I fall short.
9.) You are social and can have conversations with my parents with ease. I never have to worry about bringing you around my family, friends or coworkers.
10.) You need your space and you give me mine, but make the best of the time we have together.

Warning Comment
Being rich doesn’t give someone the right to be snobby 😉
Warning Comment
that’s it!! Mixing Savory and Sweet! I don’t like that either! UGH! I was never able to describe it before, but that’s it. I am glad I am not the only one.
Warning Comment
“babies are like aliens and old people smell” haha!! Laughed out loud there, literally. I have a ghetto booty as well. Although I get made fun of more than I get complimented on it! lol
Warning Comment
1. Rich people do not have a right to be snobby, lol. 2. People probably assume you have an attitude because non-verbal communication can speak volumes. (This is one of my downfalls as well, lol). 3. I think I’m going to steal this =)
Warning Comment
