Simple Pleasures
“Creativity can solve almost any problem. The creative act, the defeat of habit by originality, overcomes everything.” ~George Lois
Dark Madonna has tagged me for five simple pleasures (You‘re supposed to list 5 simple pleasures that you get out of life and then tag five other players from Open Diary to play the game. So without further ado:
1. Playing with Sherlock (my dog), rubbing his ears, fight with him and just letting him lay down beside me while I pet him. He was my one thing that I could always count on to calm me down and make me relaxed.
2. Long, hot, luxurious baths. Being able to stretch out in a tub of hot water, close my eyes and let my stress melt away. That is heavenly.
3. Getting a real letter in the post.
4. Curling up with a good book on a rainy day with a cup of tea in front of a fire. (How many prepositions can I use in one sentence?)
5. Being out in a boat on the water with the wind in my hair. There is something very freeing about the wind flying through your hair and water splashing in the air around you sometimes drenching you and other times just misting you.
I choose to tag Havana, wildrose, ::blueberry Marcus, ravenswood, and Robert Leroy.
great list! i like long baths myself.

Must write an entry of my fav pleasures, just to keep me in touch with them. My fav here is the book in front of the fire.
