weighing in.
i need to lose some weight. nothing serious….
i weigh 155lbs. O.O
i have a nice body, i’m soft and jiggly everywhere. nobody actually thinks i weigh that much, i guess i’m good at hiding it. I have the perfect ass. no work is to be done to that part.
i need to work on my abs. i have a massive curve in my back, sometimes when i wake up in the morning my lower back hurts. i just need a stronger core.
I am so effing lazy. i bought one of those push up wheels. HA. I’m not even strong enough to use it. it’s pretty pathetic. i need to do something about this.
dancing is the only activity i really like. i should put on some ankle weights and go every night.
i used to be so active in highschool. i used to run loooong distances. once i did 3 km in 8 minutes. i was the only female to actually try out for track.
Bikini weather is coming!!! i need to get my ass in gear. i need motivation. and a much better diet.

your a.s.s is great :p i heard wreck beach is a nudist beach. you’re not naked there :p i’ve never been to cultus lake, despite living in chilliwack for awhile 3km in 8 mins is fvcking fantastic. i used to be a runner, so man, that’s impressive. almost impossible ryn ya i know. the spray bottle is working good, but dogs are pack animals so your advice is good
