I work mornings now. 9-5 or 6 or 7. I can choose my hours really. I could come in at ten if I wanted to. Today I actually put in 11 hours. Last paycheck was pretty dull so I need to start busting it. Mitch still works nights. He’s not even home yet and it’s 12 am. Nowadays I think that’s pretty late. I’m tired as fuck.

Notica is missing. Joshef let him out yesterday before I was home. He hasn’t come home yet. I’m super worried. I went and looked for him a little while ago. Found a coyote instead. That didn’t make me feel any better. The walked across the street into a treed park. It was limping. I instantly got scared and called Mitch at work. Then the animal let out a horrific scream. The noise is grilled into my memory. He was in a lot of pain. I went from feeling terrified to feeling sympathetic
