These sound like fun!

The concierge at the hotel in Santa Fe was nice enough to send an e-mail with the local goings-on while we are in town, and some interesting tour options.  These two, in particular, sound like fun:

Bread and Chocolate: An Artisanal Epicurean Delight!

Come on a unique tasting experience where you will enjoy sampling fresh breads and crèpes as well as traditionally made cacao drinks and sumptuous chocolates from the kitchens of their creators. Get acquainted with the newly opened Railyard and glimpse the architectural diversity of the Don Gaspar Historic Neighborhood.

Bars and Brothels in Santa Fe: A Red Light Tour

Tired of ghost tours? Try this adult evening tour and explore some of the city’s more famous watering holes and hangouts, past and present, in the downtown and Guadalupe area. End the tour at one of these "colorful" places!

I love a good walking tour in a new city, as it lets you pick up the atmosphere that is so lacking when riding in an automobile.
