wonderful date.. recap in pictures

So Charles and I pretty much celebrated Valentine’s Day yesterday. It was the day we could get a babysitter and well, celebrating on Saturday just seemed more fun.

So we started out the night shopping. =) Charles took me to Kay’s and let me look around. When I fell in love with a sapphire ring i thought was a wee bit too pricey, he got it for me anyway!! I adore it. and we got a discount so it wasn’t THAT bad.. I’ve tried to find a pic, but i’ll have to just put up something similar so you get the idea..
that isn’t exactly it, but it’s the closest i can find. .. well my diamonds that are in a square around the sapphire are tiny chocolate diamonds and the band doesn’t have diamonds but has cutouts?? in it to make it look kind of like this one.

Anyway, it’s gorgeous and i’m so happy since i just wanted a ring i could wear that either wasn’t a million years old and not that great and wasn’t purchased by Dave.. so now i have one..

After the mall, we headed over to this amazing Japanese Hibachi restaurant for dinner.. called the Shogun. It’s really fun, the cooks cook right at your table and the food is to die for excellent. .. a few pics I found online..

after dinner we headed to the movies to see this…

we both thought it was really cute… and it’s probably the first time in my life that I actually didn’t eat a single thing at a movie theater..LOL! Both of us were just way too full from dinner..
