treasures!

First, I must let all of you know, that there are very few things in life that I love more than books.  What else can entertain, inform, and transform you the way that a good book can?  nothing I can think of.

That being said, I took a trip today to my local used book store.  I am in love!  Not only am I able to bring in books I have already read for money off ones I haven’t.. beautiful.. just beautiful..

So when I was there, I really hit the jackpot!! I went a little nuts.. but here’s what I got..

  • The Memory Keepers Daughter by Kim Edwards
  • Night by Elie Wiesel
  • Santa Cruise by Mary Higgins Clark and Carol Higgins Clark
  • Killer Dreams by Iris Johansen
  • Hitched by Carol Higgins Clark
  • Plum Lovin’ by Janet Evanovich..

ok i should really go spend some time with the fam.

If anyone has anything to say about any of these books.. note me.. also any book suggestions, i’m open.

A kindred spirit. The first two on your list are very good. Iris Johansen is always fun to read. I have a litblog here at OD. There are hundreds of suggestions there if you look through my 20 entries so far. And my reader like suggestion on what very good in fiction. Take a look when you have a moment.

I loved the first two on your list. I wish we had a used bookstore here. I end up donating my books to Goodwill!
