lots on life.

Well, this seems to be what I do, take a really long.. ok only a week or so, break from here, and then, yep.. i’m back again!  Hopefully I’ll get to writing more regularly here again.  I think i’ll just do some random page break type of things to catch you all up on my life.. exciting I know…
Well, i’ve lost a crap ton of weight since the school year began and have dropped some sizes.. i’ve gone from a 10 or 8, depending on style, to a 6 or a 4!  crazy i know.  I was actually a bit annoyed because i had like 1 pair of pants for work that actually fit me, but I’ve gone shopping and picked up some others, so i’m all set now. 

My body doesn’t really feel that different though, it’s still flabby where I don’t want it to be.. LOL!  so now i’m going to concentrate on being more active.  For example this weekend, on Saturday I took the kids sledding, and today I worked out on the Wii Fit Plus.  I have to say that I definitely feel THAT in my muscles. 

I also have a tendency to yo-yo up and down in the weight department, so i’m hoping to keep my weight steady now since that is more healthy anyway.. we’ll see how it goes.
Work, is well, work.  nothing different, nothing better, nothing worse.  I’m crossing off the days and counting down until my spring break (23 work days, 22 where i have to teach – I just have to make it through March) and to the end of the year.. (i believe it’s about 70 days i have to teach) lol!  but i am concerned about next year.  Please keep it in your thoughts and prayers that I either go to another place in the Buffalo district, or get a different job entirely.  I’m not sure i could handle another year of this.. but i know i couldn’t handle not being able to support my girls.. so yeah, please pray…

Dave and his girlfriend actually own a car now, they must have got their income tax money because he picked up the girls on Friday night and took them to Chili’s for dinner and then took them to WalMart and bought them each a Fur Real Friends Snuggimal, they were so happy..

and today he took them from about 230 until 630 and they each came home with a new DS game.  so yeah, it’s nice to see him getting them a couple things and putting in an effort now.  He’s already asked for them Tuesday after school. 

I just can’t stand how on again off again he is with them.  Some of that isn’t his fault, it’s due to his illness, but that doesn’t make it fair for the girls either.. oh well, I want him to be in their lives so i’ll have to take what we can get.. they don’t seem to be too affected by it right now anyway.
I want to go somewhere this summer, vacation or a bit more of trip.  Maybe even a trip by myself as kind of a way to "get away from it all" after such a long, torturous school year.  I’m not sure, i’d like to hit a beach or go see somewhere amazing in the world.. I want to travel, always have.. so i would really like to make that happen.
