joining the crowd.

I just attended a Weight Watchers meeting tonight.  I am excited to get started losing weight tomorrow!!

I know, i don’t have much to lose, but i want it GONE and i don’t think just "going it alone" is going to work for any long lasting results..

So anyway, my goal is to lose 16 pounds.  It will put me at 135 pounds.  I CAN do this!!!

I’ve also decided to actually go to the meetings every week and hopefully acheive my lifetime membership status.  That way this weight will stay off and I won’t go through this up and down, up and down every few months..

OK, so enough about that.. hmmm i think i am going to get a ticker for that though..

Other than that, nothing much is happening.  It is a boring week at school with Regents testing and 1/2 the students not being in school.  Boring, but easy.

ok i’m off… i’ve updated on all the "exciting" stuff already anyway! LOL!

Good luck! Tickers are great tools for motivation. I was thinking of joining WW as well. I’ve never watched what I ate before so I have no clue how to eat properly….hence my ever expanding waste line :/

Cool! Funny, I have been thinking about getting a little weight loss ticker too. Hehe. Good luck! Weight Watchers is a great program!
