hey everyone.

As usual lately it’s been awhile.  I’m trying to keep up with you all, but in reality it really just isn’t happening.  Don’t think i don’t think of you often and really look forward to reading you all, but well, i don’t know.  Maybe it it just that time is the issue.. not sure.  Something is.

Anyway, I’m doing pretty well.  We absolutely loved Disney On Ice last weekend.. It was a really nice time and i’m glad that we decided to suck it up and buy the tickets.  The girls definitely enjoyed it! 

This weekend was a bit more relaxed.  On Friday, Dave had the girls all day.  He watched them while i was at work, and then kept them until he took them to the pj party movie night at Maya’s school.  It was nice to have some time to myself.  Well, to myself and Charles. =)  We went out to dinner at Chili’s and went to Gymboree (where else?).  (I had some items on hold that went to $1.99!!  it was awesome!).  I don’t even really remember what else we did that night, but we enjoyed ourselves.

On Saturday, Dave picked up the girls around 11am to take them bowling and out for the day.  He had them until 7pm.  So charles and i took advantage again and went to lunch and walking around the mall.  Mostly looking but I got two pairs of dress pants and a sweater (a cashmere blend.. 3% LOL) at the Banana Republic outlet for $50!  The pants were originally $89 each, and the sweater was $49, so i’d say i got a deal!!  I also picked up two pairs of shoes at the Gymbo outlet for $1.99 each for maya and paige!  woo-hoo.. I love me a bargain!!

Today we cleaned like mad-people.  Like CRAZY!!  It is so nice to feel that i am in a CLEAN house.  I also did probably 8 loads of laundry today.  And NO guys, it is not DONE.  it never is.  There are probably 10 more loads down here.. .  Whatever.  it feels good to have done what i do have done. 

right now we are "watching" the Super Bowl.  Or i should say that Charles is, as i sit on the computer and write this next to him.  I am tired though.  I was falling asleep as we were cuddling on the couch watching the game at 7:20pm, but of course i had to get up to get Paigie in bed (she fell asleep watching a movie in our bed) and to get my clothes ready for tomorrow.

OH! speaking of clothes, Charles thought he was being SO FUNNY the other day and sucked on my neck when he held me down for a couple of seconds!  Seriously, SECONDS people!  But i bruise so easily that mr. funny man gave me a lovely, you guessed it!, HICKEY!   ugh!!!  that is SO not cool.  But he was as shocked as me since he literally was only playing around for a couple of seconds..

Needless to say, i have a lovely turtleneck picked out to wear to work tomorrow.. and will probably need to pull out some more for at least the first part of this week..
