3 little magnets.

For some reason, i cannot seem to get myself to really feel like writing anymore… but i’m going to keep on doing it anyway, and hopefully it’ll get back to what it was…

So last night was quite eventful.  Paige was playing with 3 teeny tiny magnets.. seriously 3 little cylinders about 1/2 inch by 1/8 inch if that.. all stuck together.   She put them in her mouth (grr) and was playing with them with her tongue while laying down (doh!) and , not very suprisingly, went straight down her throat.  

So I called the pediatrician and we were sent to Children’s Hospital in Buffalo to the ER.  At the ER they took X-Rays to determine where the magnets were in her system, and whether or not they were sticking together.  Thankfully they were strong little magnets and are all taking a careful tour of her colon together!  If they werent, they could be in two different places in tthe intestines, stick together, and cause all sorts of problems!  So they gave her an enema (not nearly as bad as it sounds) and a prescription for some stool softeners to keep things moving in there and sent us home..  i’m still tired, as we didn’t get home until around 1:30am! I am NOT used to that anymore..

So that was our excitment for the weekend…

As far as Buffalo, i’m trying to just put it out of my mind.  I haven’t heard yet.. hopefully i will soon.  i think i’m just going to start working on Wyndham stuff for now to keep my mind off of it…
