I was sitting down in the lobby with Tara earlier, she was saying something about wanting to get her ears pierced, and she asked me how much it hurt; I told her it didn’t hurt at all…and she immediately said – oh well, I guess I shouldn’t really be asking you.

I just looked at her and told her I couldn’t believe she’d just said that to me. And she was like, “Oh my gosh, I’m sorry, I didn’t mean it like that, I mean…you know…”

Yea, unfortunately, I do know.

I hate comments like that.

She can say she didn’t mean it “like that” as much as she wants, but come on, how else can you mean it?

When I did my project on self harm for University – I read somewhere that a girl went into an emergency room after slitting her wrists, and the nurse wouldnt give her an anesthetic to do the stitches. Thats so crappy 🙁 I’m sorry she said that to you, when people self harm; people seem to think they dont feel pain when its the complete oppisite 🙁 ((huggles))
