Elements of a Perfect Day
“Thinking about your perfect day will at least begin the process of shifting your paradigm away from limiting beliefs.”
- being in love & waking up to a handsome husband that’s already gotten up and fixed the coffee
- having a kid or two, maybe even being pregnant
- spending the day together as a family…it would have to be a Saturday or Sunday because that handsome husband is gonna have to be out working during the week
- it would be Fall…sunny and mostly warm, and breezy because I like watching the leaves fall from the trees
- living in a neighborhood with tree lined streets and sidewalks, where we can walk to take the kids to the park after breakfast
- cooking dinner together with my husband with vegetables & spices from our own garden
- going for a quick jog while my husband cleans the kitchen
RYN: Please don’t waste your worries, love. I am okay.

RYN: I think I understand because I think our points were similar. If I were to answer the quote, I would say elements to mine are some sort of activity spent with my wife on a nice, sunny but not too cold or warm day. A day where I finished relaxed, level, and/or gained new perspective on something.
