First Entry

  This is my first entry so I will keep it short and sweet.

   First of all, a little about me… I grew up as the middle child of three boys to a middle class couple living on Long Island in New York. I had a generally happy childhood that was uneventful. No traumatic events to scar me for life. No super amazing Continental jumping summers full of adventure either. As a child of the 80’s, I was more than content to play with my Star Wars figures in the back yard than play baseball or soccer. Not that I avoided sports altogether. I did enjoy playing hockey. My entire family did.

  I graduated High School in the top third of my class and went on to study photography in college. Of course, that degree became obsolete upon graduation due to the fact that everything went digital right around that same time. After spending those college years and a few years afterwards in retail I moved into another field that came natural to me, banking and finance. It’s neither exciting or glamorous, but it pays the bills and there are always jobs available.

  This Diary may not be so much about my daily rants as much as a collection of stories that made me the person I am today. There will be the occasional current event post, I’m sure, but I rarely dwell on the mundane nor do I care to recant it to others.

  So there it is. My first "Blog" so to speak. I heard these are already passe, so it’s about time I started one.
