Marsha Mallows strikes again..

So here’s the deal….

My ex (who I still live with) and I decided to take a nice big trip to California… We’ve planned it for the last 6 months, where we are going, what we are going to do, when etc… but couldn’t book it right away as the flights didn’t go that far into the future…. So we left it a few months…

Feb is here and it’s about time to book it….

Nah, he’s not interested anymore… WTF !! I mean really WTF !!!

Then he throws into the mix…. "I may not renew the lease on the house when it comes around… "

Ok so I’m really pissed and bummed out about the holiday and now I have to find a new place to live too !!!

I had a look around and I can afford a Shoe box !!

In some respects I’m excited to be moving out on my own again, I’ve always enjoyed living on my own… but it comes at a cost… relatively little spare cash to enjoy life with !!

And then there’s the dog !! He can’t keep the dog cos his job makes him travel… I can’t afford to keep the dog or afford a place that would let me have one… So what about a poor pooch !!

Bad times !!

first time reader here, sorry… that’s the thing about ex’s… you just can not count on them! what’s with that anyway?

That sucks. It does. But perhaps there’s a bright side to this. Maybe you’ll find someone new this year. Maybe you can start planning that vacation with somebody else. Perhaps a mate or friend or perhaps that someone new. I always wanted to go to California myself (live in the Netherlands) but everytime there was a friend who had no money, or an ex who broke off the relationship… I thought I’d

never go. But I do have a new boyfriend and my idea of going to California is still alive. He wants to go there too. Perhaps we will go together, perhaps we won’t. But I now know that there’ll always be somebody who will go with you.
