6:33p.m. I felt like day old road kill today. I was in a lot of pain. Then I was lying in poop for tsl hours this morning. Aides changed me and  put me to bed at eleven. I was in bed all day. I was bloated after lunch it was very painful  All this and depression hit me big time. All I wanted to do was sleep. I slept most of the day. I hope tomorrow will be better.
