It was hard going back to work after a 2-week vacation. Especially when the first day back was 12-hours.

I had a great time visiting with my cousin. It’s a rare occasion when she can come and stay for more than a weekend. We were busy almost the whole time with something ‘er other. It was nice yesterday just to sit and chat and relax. We watched a movie and BBQ’d for dinner. Now that she’s gone, the house feels a bit bare. I’m more the quite, laid back person. She’s more the needs to be doing something all the time type. I enjoy that mode in short spurts, but as Frank always says… I gotta be me. 🙂

No more plans for the rest of the summer. Not that plans are necessary mind you, but that means nothing in particular to look forward to until a wedding in October.

And looking forward is a lot better than looking backward….

I hate going back to work after vacation…this year I am actually getting 2 full wks together, plus 1 week the end of Sept./beginning of Oct., and the rest I’ll take as I need it. Glad you enjoyed yourself…and yes guests are great, but it is always nice to get back to normal after they leave. Take it slow…Smiles,

May we always look forward with our eye on yesterday as we live in the moment 🙂 I just made that up 🙂 You may quote me 🙂 I’m so glad you had a chance to see your cousin for a longer period of time! If you go to my site, you can see Kaity for a longer period of time….and face it, who wouldn’t want to? LOL Okay, so are you w*rking nights, days, evenings? What’s a good time for you? *smooch*

Looking Forward is good – helps keep you from bumping into things. Glad you had a good vacation! May have to take you up on your offer of crafty ideas – as soon as I figure out how much I don’t know!

When I worked I enjoyed vacations, but never felt badly when I had to go back to work. Course I had super boss and enjoyed my work, which means a lot. Hope to play golf today if it doesn’t rain.
