Tonight’s top story – Snow hits the north. We’ve been having such nice weather the last couple of weeks, and then today the skies opened up and that’s the way it’s been all day long. I sort of thought we might be done for the season, but mother nature fooled me once again. Oh well. I know it won’t last. It even made me chuckle when the dogs came in from a short romp outside, bringing along with them nice white round snowballs hanging all around their paws.

This is a picture of Maggie, bless her little heart. She gets it the worst. Sometimes she can hardly walk from all the clingons she’s dragging around. I felt compelled to pick her up and take her to the sink to pull off as many of them as I could. I see now she’s looking a little shaggy. I try not to get their hair cut during the winter. I do cut the hair around their eyes, but it looks like she needs it again. That in itself is a treat. As soon as she sees the scissors, she runs behind the nearest piece of furniture. Life in the fast lane. *smiles*

No snow here in Florida either! What an adorable little puppy face!

My dogs would perish in that weather. They don’t have enough fur to get clingons. 😉

P.S. – Maggie’s a sweetie and at least the clingons are her color.

Maggie is a doll! I was clear and cold for the wedding beneath the stars this evening, here in Brooklyn. However, when I came out from the reception about a half hour ago the cars and sidewalks were covered in snow and it is snowing like crazy still.

It rarely snows here in the San Francisco bay area, but damp cold cloudy days feel like it’s like below freezing. You are locky to have had a warm spell in the midst of winter. Have heard the lakes there freeze over with ice thick enough to drive cars over it

Oh, I meant to say YES! He will love that. Thanks! (Funny, that is the same pic I printed out and framed for him to take to work.)

ryn: Thanks! I just set that as the wallpaper on my desktop. She also just printed and framed that shot. I’m kind of smitten with her, if you know what I mean.

Oh, I wanted to reach into the screen and hug Maggie! What a sweetheart. I also wanted some of her snow clingons. Love,

Thanks for the “Glamourization” of my glamerous baby. That is now my wallpaper at home and at work. Thanks!

The body stuff still seems to be working ok. Went for a physical and all the Doc said was “see you in another year”. About all he does is listen to heart & lung stuff. The eye Dr said I had cataracts. Removal is scheduled in April. Hope I pass the driver’s license test shortly after that. Lots of rain in the San Francisco area. Gonna be a bumper weed crop !. Hope you’re ok, Brenda
