Oreos, Beer, Fatness
So, as the title says, I’ve been fat. I bought oreos yesterday when I was buying tampons, and I blame my chocolate and mint craving on my stupid "miracle of being a woman". I ate like 5 yesterday and I just had 4 now. I’m a pig.
I didn’t work out yesterday because I ended up going to my friends’ to drink. I only had a few beers, but it was enough to make me sleepy. I didn’t gain any weight though, so that makes me pretty damn happy.
Yesterday’s eating:
ham and cheese sandwich on wheat bread
small salad
cheeseburger with fries :/
orange soda
5 oreos (How did I NOT gain weight?)
Today’s eating:
about 1/4 of a cup of tomato soup (it was gross)
small salad
Sierra Mist
4 oreos
Siiiigh, that’s a lot of calories so far. I’m going to the gym today. I’m planning on going around 3:30 because Full House is on, lol.
Last night was pretty okay. After I came back, Alex called around like 3:30am. I picked him up and we went back to his place. He knew I couldn’t really do stuff because of my "little friend", but he still tried lol. In the end, we just ended up making out and falling asleep together. That’s the kind of stuff I like. Just being with him. I asked him why he didn’t like just being with me, why he wanted to have sex. He said that if he didn’t like being with me, I wouldn’t be there. I guess that makes sense. So we didn’t do anything, which makes me happy.
Today, I am going to be good! No more cookies! And I’m going to eat dinner before I go to the gym and not eat anything else for the rest of the night. So yes, I’m gross, but I’ll feel better once I burn some calories at the gym. I may weight lift, but I haven’t decided yet. Maybe I’ll just do the elliptical for 40mins. Anywho, happy Friday!
i feel the same why about my ex…why can’t we just hang out? and 4 oreos isn’t too bad…just burn it off at the gym and you’ll be fine. no worries!

you didn’t gain weight from 5 oreos because they don’t equal 3500 calories. and your body would have had to be in a near metabolic coma to not burn off the extra hundred calories. it takes calories to just keep your heart beating. basic bodily functions. don’t beat yourself up. so it was a cheat snack. you should have one or two of those a week. *~
