It’s Time
Okay so last night’s entry was just me rambling on about how fat I’ve been and feel. Today’s entry is going to be about what I’m doing to change that.
1. No soda or iced tea. Even though I drink diet Pepsi, it still leads to eating sugary foods. Also, I drink regular iced tea so there’s a lot of sugar in it. I’m only allowing myself lots and lots of water and a couple coffees a day. I only say coffee is allowed because I don’t think I could live without it, haha.
2. No eating after 8pm. Normally I would say something earlier like 5, but I usually work until midnight. I think that staying up later should allow me food until a later time.
3. Go to the gym AT LEAST 3 times a week. If I’m able, I’m going to go a lot more, but I’m setting it at 3 times in the very least because I know I can force myself that much. So, each week I’m going to decide which days I’m going to go right on Sunday. I’ll know my work schedule then and I’ll have no excuses.
So, for this week my goal is to go to the gym today (Sunday), tomorrow (Monday), and I’m going to have to work out on the treadmill at home on Friday. I’m going home for Christmas and I don’t have a gym membership there.
This is my eating so far:
10:30am- large coffee with non-dairy creamer (20 cals) and skim milk (30 cals), bottle of water
Obviously, I haven’t really eaten today but that’s what I’ve ingested (I guess that’s a better word). I’m planning on having cereal before the gym, then eating fruits and veggies until I make dinner. I haven’t decided what I’m making yet but it will be something healthy. Then, I have to work from 7-midnight and I’m going to do my best to only have coffee and water. OKAY! Just kidding about going to the gym today because it’s freaking closed. I just checked the hours online. Grrr, that really ruins my day. I guess I’m going to work twice as hard tomorrow to make up for it, and then work out Wednesday and Friday at home. I’ll check back later to update my day
