Incredibly Frustrated

So, let’s see.  I believe I have been working out religiously for about 3.5 weeks and I have yet to lose any weight.  I have been eating healthier and less than usual.  I mean, I haven’t truly been dieting but I really have been eating healthier foods.  I just don’t know what’s up.  Usually it takes a week when you build more muscle but then the weight should start coming off after a week, shouldn’t it?  Seriously!  I finally get motivated and I’m not even losing weight.  I’ve been keeping up with my routine, varying it a bit everyday, taking about 2 days off a week.  I’m so mad!  I burn about 400 calories every time I go to the gym, even if I wasn’t eating less I should still theoretically be losing weight because I started exercising.  Gah!  My goal is to lose 15lbs by the end of the semester, but at this rate I never will.

Anywho, this was my day so far:
slim-fast shake around 11:45 as I ran to class
split-pea soup and an apple at 3
gym around 4 where I did 40mins on the elliptical, stretched, crunches, lifted weights

And that’s it so far.  I’m trying to decide what I want for dinner because I’m starving but I’m thinking about just having a slim-fast.  I could really go for a salad and french fries.  The salad part isn’t so bad, but the french fries…  Oh well, I’m going to be healthy I suppose.  Alright, I’m off.
