Better

Since my last entry, this is what happened:

So, I got really aggravated that I wasn’t losing any weight and went off the ‘not-eating’ diet.  Then I got my monthly  and I started to see a little difference on the scale.  I started being good again, but not with SlimFast because it really isn’t that delicious and doesn’t do anything for me.  I kind of crafted a new plan that’s really been working for me.  I tend to go to bed hungry, but you have to be hungry to lose some weight.  It has gotten a lot easier though as each night I tell myself that I don’t need to eat.  Anywho, this is my diet:

Breakfast: large coffee with skim milk and 1 sugar
Lunch: Whatever I want ( in moderation)…This usually is a sandwich and soup or a salad and soup with another large coffee
Dinner (anytime before 8pm): Large salad with lettuce, olives, ham, cheese, and dressing with 32oz of water

If I’m at work, I usually drink more coffee to keep myself awake and also curb my appetite after dinner.  I’ve lost 4.4lbs since I started eating like this, which was about 2 weeks ago.  I want to lose another 7lbs by Spring Break because then I’ll be pretty close to where I was before.  In total, I want to lose 14lbs after Spring Break has come and the first 7lbs has gone.  I’d be kinda happy there.  My next goal would be another 22lbs by August.

March 22: -7lbs
May 17: -14lbs
August 2: -22lbs
