Arg

I don’t even want to talk about my weigh-in on Sunday.  So much for feeling so good because I weighed myself first thing in the morning after a week of feeling good about myself and my eating.  I did not even lose a portion of a pound.  I don’t know how that’s possible when I have been drinking nothing but water and nonfat coffees.  I haven’t been eating a whole lot and I’ve been careful not to eat after 9pm.  ARG!  So, I tried to be really good yesterday and today.  I can’t remember what I ate yesterday but I was a good girl.  This has been today:

Breakfast: Odwalla C Monster smoothie
Lunch/Dinner: Chili with white rice and a fat free snapple green tea
Snack: about 4 chunks of canteloupe, a nectarine, and a cup of lemon tea

I’ve been good today and I’m going to weigh myself tomorrow to see if it even matters.  Ugh, this is so frustrating.  I let myself go and now I have to pay because I’m so far behind.  WiiFit told me I gained 14lbs since the last time I was on there 87 days ago.  UGH!  14lbs in 3 months.  So now I need to lose a lot more to reach my goal by my birthday in May.  🙁

Yeah, just stay positive!! There’s only one thing: Once I saw a television programme where one person had smoothies three times a day (as breakfast and the others were snacks) and the second person had 3 portions or more of “real” fruit. The smoothie person gained weight cause there’s so much fruit sugar in it, and the fruit person lost weight. You just might consider that 🙂

It takes time. Sometimes it’s hard to keep up the motivation when you’re not seeing results. Keep up with the good eating, and you will eventually reach your goal. Baby steps…baby steps…
