Another story

After the observation, I did have a good sleep last night. Today the rest of the teachers will be observed and only six of them are very lucky not to be chosen for observation. The other teachers said those six lucky teachers have to pay us a dinner, haha.

After the observation, we’ve learnt a lot, we know how to make good planning in our lessons which I think we should have known as teachers. It seems to be ridiculous, right? When observation comes, we do our work very well, but when it’s gone, there is another story. Things are always like that, like students will not study if there are no exams. The same things apply to teachers too.

Tomorrow will be the school picnic. I guess all the teachers will be very happy and relaxed because we have gone through all the observation already. Our school really makes a good school calendar for that.
