Dismissed with prejudicious – Bundy are free!
There was some good news today. After a long time in jail, the Bundy and others have been set free. Main Stream Media (MSM) has surprisingly done a decent job of covering this, 5 out of 10. All I have seen is the MSM use is the word Dismissed. That’s not entirely accurate. There is a big difference between the judges ruling and what MSM claims.
I do understand why it would mean having to go into facts that MSM doesn’t want to talk about for various reasons.
The ruling means a couple of important things.
- The people most likely will not be tried again because the case against them is so corrupted.
- The Bureau of Land Management, Department of Justice, prosecutors and others involved in the most likely will be investigated.
The two other things someone I know who’s intimate with the case, there is a chance those responsible for the murder that happened will be charged; despite being highly unusual, there will be a second trial.
The same person told me that this trial was going to proceed, so take those last two points with a grain of salt.
Anyhow, celebrate small victories and a great day for justice in the USA.
I’m still sick. The worse is over I think. Most of the day was spent with chills, now sweats.
Tomorrow my upstairs windows are being replaced. This was supposed to be done in November. Part of me feels like I sit on the House Intelligence committee and have to wait six months for documents that have been subpoenaed.
It’s still a little hard with Medhia not here. Each day has been a bit better. Tomorrow I’m forced to clean up her last nesting place which will be emotional and based on everything that’s happened the past few weeks – harder than I expect.
It sounds like my Great Aunt; who was diagnosed with cancer in late Dec 2017, will be staying out west with her family there. I’m a little conflicted with that. I would, as would her nieces and nephews have her stay where she currently lives. Whatever she decides, I’ll be visiting her and doing what I can to make her last while here as good as possible.
@ There’s a lot we never hear about when it comes to the Government. Some bad things, or maybe mos bad things are swept under the proverbial carpet, and yes, even some good things the media, or whomever does not want to post!! Congrats on getting new windows upstairs. Good home owner policies!! I’ll say a prayer when you pick up Medhia’s final nest. I know that’s hard to have to do. Goodnight and sleep well, and I hope you feel even better in the morning!! 😋 😻

I really dont watch too much news anymore. If something comes up that catches my eyes, I make sure I check all possible places before determining what is true and what is fake. UGH! It never used to be this way.
I am so sorry about your Aunt. I do hope you have a lot more time with her. Make it count. Just like you told me.
I hope by now you are feeling better. If not, have some chicken noodle soup. It cures all! I swear!
Its hard cleaning up the final remnants of a passed animal baby. When I had to clean up Miss Mollys Cage (she was a past quaker) I thought I was going to lose it. Its still hard and its been 1 1/2 years. ((hugs))
