Decision made – going to be a divemaster and restore coral reef’s

Decision made – going to be a divemaster and restore coral reef’s if not go on and get my instructors certificates as well. It’s almost like UDC is a college for diving as opposed to just a diver training centre. They seem to have a few streams one can choose.

I finally made a few decisions about what I’m going to do after Tigger passes away.

I told A@UDC that the day Tigger passes I will contact UDC and plan when I’ll head down to Honduras to start my training.

The main reason I’m picking UDC is that they have so many opportunities to work on marine and reef conservation.  This could be a great second career travelling the world, growing, maintaining and then planning coral.

Once I realized just how much there is to learn; and with my multiple learning disabilities, I became overwhelmed with it all.  However, I have been very successful in life despite that.  Plus, I’m sure there is some leeway with coral and fish identification for someone with disabilities. I don’t expect any on the diving part since that could lead to a potential safety issue down the road.

The only person I’ve told is Waleed, and he thought that was a great idea. I’m also going to thank the person who mentioned it to me. I also thought today that I should ask if I can start paying the fee’s off now rather than just a lump sum later.

I have a new squirrel who is coming into my house. He doesn’t have a name yet. Oddly, he’s only shown up the last week but somehow is incredibly trusting. He reminds me a lot of Holey only black and well no hole in his ear.

So far this year; and carry over from last year, I have seven different squirrels, one with a dislocated hip and five with broken front legs. I don’t know what is happening around here.

Tigger just doesn’t seem to care about them at all. When the vole comes out, Tigger goes insane wanting to jump through the glass to get it.

The other day the lil vole was trying to carry away a squirrel square which was the same size as it. The food probably weighted at least half as much as he did. I haven’t named the vole yet.

I would really like to tag, and GPS track the squirrels to see where they go in a day.

The more I planned my trip around the world, the more hollow it felt. Then researching the idea given by a friend it just took off. Not since I got into politics at 14; and made a tremendous life for myself because of it, has anything flet correct. In the meantime, I will keep giving Tigger the best care possible, get back into great shape, learn about coral and fish ID, and other topics I should be familiar with.

That sounds like a great thing to do! I love spending time in the water, and helping the reefs (which need so much help) is a very good thing. I was snorkeling last year in the Florida Keys, and the reefs there are dying – I had been there ten years ago, and the difference now is just unbelievable.
