Today was good. Had breakfast. Nectarine as a snack. Normal Chicken Lunch and then  Tuna, betetroot and onion salad for dinner. i did my 20 min bike interval workout and sweated bucket loads! which i just love to see. tomorrow is my first official weigh in day! so excited!

    I find that if i do my workout in the afternoon when its hot i sweat more, so im switching workout times. Yesturday was good. Normal breakfast, snack of nuts , lunch then some tuna & beetroot.

    I decided Sat & Sun are gonna be my no exercing days. So i could stay up a bit later and sleep in. I had my normal breakfast & lunch & for dinner just had a can of tuna with beetroot. I know im still missing the snacks. Hopefully im gonna be back on track…

    6.45pm Unfortuntly today didn't go as planned. When  years hit there was alot of screaming and fireworks going on my street which lept me up most of the night, esp because i was alone. So ended up sleeping in to around 10. Didn't do any exercise but planning to with the next hour or so.…
