Gamer | Book Lover | Stay-at-Home Wife/Mom | True Crime Junkie | 420 Friendly | Horror Obsessed | Fitness journey in Progress
Hey, I’m Norrene — a proud wife, mom, and full-time stay-at-home queen who thrives on fantasy, thrills, and a little bit of chaos (the fun kind). Whether I’m leveling up in a video game, flipping through a spicy new read, or rewatching Slasher movies for the 100th time, I’m always chasing a good story with heart, grit, and maybe a few bodies along the way.
My shelves and screen time are filled with everything from Lord of the Rings and A Court of Thorns and Roses to Harry Potter, The Dark Tower, Supernatural, and anything that mixes smut, suspense, or a supernatural twist. Horror is my comfort zone—especially the classic slashers—and true crime is my jam when I’m in a deep-dive mood.
Lately, I’ve added another adventure to my life: my fitness journey. I started in March 2025 and have been showing up for myself through consistent workouts, mindful eating, and a whole new appreciation for progress over perfection. I’m down 12+ pounds and counting, focused on strength, self-care, and staying motivated without obsessing over the scale. It’s not about the number—it’s about feeling good, inside and out.
When I’m not immersed in fictional worlds or breaking a sweat, I’m soaking up real-life moments with my family, keeping things chill, 420-friendly, and embracing the cozy madness of motherhood. Let’s talk books, games, horror, wellness, and all things weird and wonderful.

I kept it light but focused—just enough movement to shake off the sleep and get my energy flowing. Even 20–30 minutes can make a big difference in how I…Continue Reading... -

Running on 2% battery and questionable life choices today. Working out is the last thing I feel like doing… which means of course I’m doing it. Future me will thank me (hopefully). Got some light cleaning to do so my house doesn’t end up on an episode of “Before the Makeover,” then I’m diving int...Continue Reading...
