Branson on the Road and etc.

Last night we went with our neighbors on the bus to Boulder to the dinner theater where we enjoyed good company, great food and a show featuring a group called "Branson on the Road."  Three very talented musicians in sequins and rhinestones brought back lots of memories as they sang and picked traditional country from long ago.

The likelihood of our ever getting to Branson is slim to none, so this was a treat.  I did get to Nashville once and saw the Grand Ole Opry…many, many long years ago.

Today I have an appointment with my audiologist.  Hopefully she can adjust my hearing aids and that will help with my empty-headedness. ( I must say that it way lots better than it was last week.)  It’s also blood pressure check day here at Concordia, so we can see if low BP is playing a role.  I see my PCP next week.

This is one of those weeks that there is something on my calendar every day and next week is pretty full as well… We’ll see if I can handle it.

Your calendar is more filled than mine….and I hope you get some good news on the b/p and the audio report!

Branson on the road brought to mind a fascinating series of the weekly adventures of Bronson, a young man doing back roads country on his motorcycle. It had the whole family awaiting each episode.Willy of

I’ve had weeks like that. I just remembered I committed myself to go to a rodeo on Friday night and I really don’t want to do it.

I’ve been to Branson and I’ve been to Nashville many times… even been to the Grand Ole Opry, but I’ve never been to Boulder 😉
