RYN: My aphorism “Human are the only tool that may be sharpened in use” is contingent upon the transaction between those that assign the work and those that perform it. This even applies in the case of self-assigned work. Some work is simply consumptive of energy and leaves the performing individual tired. Other work is psychically as well as physically draining which results in dulling the indivdiual. And some work is psychically enriching leaving the person better off than they were. In either case impact is a result of interaction between the performer and the recipient and/or manager. It is up to someone in the transaction to create the circumstances where the conduct of the work leaves the individual better off than they were previously. Thanks for your comment. Look to Serilen’s comments and entry to underscore the significance of this approach. Ciao,

true message. But most the time I dont have the energy or drive to fight for it. I know purging is ****ty, I have minor damage, hot/cold sensitivity from purging, I get light headed and i have had issues with low potassium, but its not a matter of just stopping. Id have to start a healthy diet and. And idk. It doesnt work out. It never has.

Very true!
