Greetings World *edit

With the online dating site I signed up for, I have been setting up lunches to meet people and start making a few friends. Today I had lunch with Ryan. He was pretty cool. His parents divorced when he was 3 and he has moved all over the place. Has four sisters, two from each parents, each half, and gets long with his mom and step dad more than his dad and step mom.

Strangely enough, Ray text me while at lunch with him. What an inconvenient time. I didn’t know it was him until afterwards, because I didn’t check my phone. After lunch we went and got frozen yogurt. 🙂 It was enjoyable.

Originally, I had plans with another guy, but, he wasn’t texting back so I asked Ryan if he wanted to do lunch and said sure 🙂 The other guy also text me during lunch to see if I wanted to eat at 2:30. I said another time because I already ate lunch.

Once I got home, I text Ray for a while. He was washing his bed cover that he hasn’t washed in a while, like since he bought it. 🙁 Then I told him about my acting failure and being embarrassed about it. So, that is over with 🙂 I told him "I look forward to the day we can be friends. It may not be anytime soon, but, it will come :)"

I asked him a few questions but he just kept giving me short answers. I don’t know what Ray is feeling. He says he is over us, but why not talk about your life then? Simple things. I asked him how life was treating him and if he was still stressed all the time.  He said, "Doing well."

Anyways, I have been thinking about classes lately. I know I have a few required classes to take, but, I want to start learning spanish right away. I would enjoy being able to learn a few languages over the next years of my life 🙂 Plus, reading The Scarlet Letter has been a challenge because all the words and phrases I have to look up, but, I have started noticing it is improving my vocabulary 😀 PLUS PLUS PLUS!

Yes, Ryan and I will hang out more. He text me "You’re tall. is it true what they say about tall people?" I said "No. When i fall it doesn’t hurt that bad" and he text back "LOL you play so innocent." and i told him ":) cause i want to oneday fall in love with my best friend. not start a sexual and flirty relationship that doesn’t last." He seemed pretty cool with that 🙂

So, my idea is to start becoming friends with people. Maybe some casual sex once in a while, but no boyfriend until I find my best friend 🙂
