The intersection of jobs

One of the biggest goals of many creative types is to make money doing the fun stuff. Sometimes, any amount will do. I’m celebrating selling some work for a token payment (but hey, I got paid!).

I was told about an opportunity to merge my day job with my art. I do love my day job.

Anyway, I sent an inquiry. Cross your fingers, toes, and eyes that if it’s really the next right thing, that it all works out.

My mantra for this week is simply: Faith is bigger than fear.

I don’t necessarily mean faith is bigger than fear in a spiritual or religious sense (but maybe that’s a nice idea too).  I think it’s about not letting anxiety and fear paralyze. It’s about taking that leap of faith even though it’s terrifying.
