how do you spend your free time?

Lately, I spend my free time in Phone Tree Hell! Yay! So fun! I have no idea why it’s so hard to get appointments. I also have no idea why no health type  organizations have any idea of what they do (certainly they won’t just tell you on their website). I’m on hold with the 3rd call of the day. I need to schedule a specialized test–no one will tell me where I can go for this. I’ve gotten a few “we don’t do that” after navigating phone trees for 40+ minutes. Fun times, friends, fun times.

I.E. The US healthcare system is so very broken.
