ALL THE THINGS!!! Exploring the depths of my To-Do list

OMG! I am doing ALL THE THINGS today! My usual routine hasn’t panned out. Thursday’s are a little weird anyway because I teach for 2 hours in the middle of my morning. Anyway, I usually go write at the park for a bit, go for a 2 mile walk, that sort of thing.  I haven’t worked in my walk yet today. This is the only thing my day is really missing.

I just checked off calling a doctor to get a RX changed (because the bean counters at the insurance company actually get to decide which RX I can have, not the highly qualified doctor who has physically seen and met me–ask me why I hate the USA system). So they randomly decided they just won’t cover the RX I have to get a different one and they gave me a list. They also later called to bitch me out because I was running out of RX they refuse to cover for no good reason beyond that they suck. At that point, I had 3+ months supply. *eye roll* The bean counters can’t even count the beans or they would know how much I had. Anyway, I talked to a receptionist at the doc’s and it sounds like my fabulous doctor may actually make this switch without me having to physically go in! Woo! The doc is out of the office today so not 100% sure on that, but I wouldn’t mind saving the $40 copay.

I also made my appointment for TB screening (which is just a questionaire, not the awful test) for work. And I”m about to actually upload documents that work wants. I’m still not going into work. But ya know, I’ll be ready when the time comes. Guest teaching is cool because you can just work when/if you want to if there’s work. There’s a shortage of us so they actually gave us a raise! It’s an extra $60/day. Working is pretty tempting right now with the new pay rate. I have no one to watch the little and the little can’t get the vax, so alas, I can’t actually work at that job at the moment.

I’ve done a bunch of boring housework. I met my morning writing goals. I’m so rocking this day. I just really really need that walk. TTFN.
