Wobbly Wagon
So.
I’m back on the diet wagon today. I’m back on it and not getting off again. We’ve been moving house this week so we’ve had no healthy food at hand so I’ve had 5, that’s FIVE take-aways. That’s ridiculous! The plan for this week is to get back to the 5/2 diet. 500 calories for 2 days of the week. Might try kick it up to a 5/3 just for this week. Also the treadmill is up and running (excuse the pun) so I’ll be back on that.
NO EXCUSES!!
I’ve a wedding to go to in 3 and a half weeks by then I would like to have lost a stone, or close to it. That’s 3-4pound a week, that’s very doable. Exercise and no snacking is key.
