Turning Off
I wish I could just turn off the worry, turn off the anxiety, the depression. Just turn off all of it…According to some family members, that’s what I should do. When I ask them how do I turn all that off, what’s the step by step process to do that, I just get back blank stares. I hate feeling this way all the time and it’s well past overwhelming.
Things are getting better but I know they will get better for a time until everyone slips back into the “normal” mode and then I’ll be right back where I was. Alone and struggling.
Aw I’m sorry. That really sucks. Hang in there, it might get better 😄
