not much to say about today.  but i feel like i should write something every day.

helped jo move some furniture, and now my back is pissed (maybe don’t lift the 80 pound tv by myself?)

therapist appt today, didn’t schedule another, so it appears as if i’m ‘done’ with that for now.

work was pretty frustrating, spent about 6 hours fixing a problem, then i get home and find an email saying "nevermind, we’re gonna do it a different way". grr.

oh, and there were about 2 inches of standing water in the equipment room that houses about $200k in videoconferencing equipment.  oops.

spins are really bad, so i’m gonna go to bed now.  talk at y’all later.
