Hello my readers!
I’m writing this too you from Boston Pizza Yellowknife.
I love this laptop, that and that BP’s Yk, has wireless internet. It definately rocks my socks.
This week has been relatively uneventful, I did managed to install Warcraft on the laptop, and I play with Colin. It’s great we can do something together that we both enjoy.
I went on a cleaning spree in my house, and I did finally do my dishes, well all but a few pots that I was just not up for cleaning at almost 1am. The thing that got my arse in gear was that my Grandmother was coming to see my apartment. So I dug out the cleaners and went at it. I felt sick the next day at work from being around all the chemicals, well I should say 1 chemical, bleach. What a great product, but not so great when you don’t ventilate. I’m pretty sure I killed a few braincells the other night working with it. Oh well. The sad part is, I did all that cleaning for nothing, my Grandmother never showed up.
This place is brimming with activity, alot for almost midnight, but then again it is a payday Friday for most people, including myself.
Oh, I’ve started growing some flowers. I just planted them last Saturday and they’ve started to sprout though the dirt. I’m trying to grow Sweet Williams right now. I don’t know a damn thing about growing flowers, but apparently these are bienial flowers. So the first year the plant grows, then the second year it gets flowers. So we’ll see if I have a green thumb. I have a picture of one of the sprouts, it turned out well. I’ll post it when I get around to loading it to the laptop.  Though I’d love to show you all a beautiful picture of Yellowknife. It was taken last Friday by moi, at 10:30pm (Mountain Time).

Last Friday I went out with some friends. I remember why I stopped going to the bars. They are loud, crowded, people are pushy, and creepy people stare at you and all the women with you.

Saturday I went to the Yellowknife Indoor Garage sale with my friend Lisa and my neice Asmara. That was fun. We were up at an unholy hour of the morning (after I had been out till the wee hours of the morning Friday), grabbed some Tim Hortons and purused the goods and wares that were being sold. I didn’t find anything interesting, but my neice was cute. I asked her mom, Lisa, to be my Matron/Maid of Honor for my Wedding, and well I guess Mara was jelaous. She quietly asked me "So Bev, you’re getting married right?" I said yes dear I am. "Uhm, can I be your flower girl?" Uh, I haven’t really thought about that…. "But my mom is your maid of honor!" I thought it was rather cute. I was actually considering her and her sister to be in the wedding party somehow. I know they can’t come to BC when I have my larger ceremony, but I’m sure I could find something for them to do in the small one I hold her in Yk.
Hmm. I feel like I’m being watched and perhaps talked about as I’m sitting here alone (which is quite frequent) on my laptop. Oh well they can’t just suck it *does the D-X suck it move*.
I’m now waiting on my desert…. New York Cheese Cake…yummy. 
Well I guess I better take off before it gets here.
