Finally!

Finally dragged my butt outta bed to workout this morning.  Haven’t for the last 2.  But I did get a ton of sleep 9-6 (with a short wake up at 12 when Preston fell outta bed lol)

I can’t seem to run like I was even a week ago.  It’s pretty disheartening.  My lungs just cannot handle it, and my leg muscles are DYING. blah, not fun!

But, I did move past the stupid 257/258 number on the scale, so something is happening right! ðŸ™‚
