Day 10! :)

I haven’t worked out for 2 days… but got back on the treadmill today!! ðŸ™‚  Feel good, although it was tough to do!

Did weights for my arms today too! ðŸ™‚  Hopefully I’ll start to see some change in my muscle definition by January, especially if I keep up the arm weights! ðŸ™‚ I’m already seeing a difference in the strength in my arms, and that’s only from a few sessions!!  I expect good things!
