Day 10! :)
I haven’t worked out for 2 days… but got back on the treadmill today!! 🙂 Feel good, although it was tough to do!
Did weights for my arms today too! 🙂 Hopefully I’ll start to see some change in my muscle definition by January, especially if I keep up the arm weights! 🙂 I’m already seeing a difference in the strength in my arms, and that’s only from a few sessions!! I expect good things!

Glad you got on the treadmill, doesn’t it feel great to do something good for your body?
