Day 1…for the LAST TIME!!

I’m starting the journey away from being morbidly obese!!

Currently, as of this morning I weighed in at a whopping 272.8lbs!! I’m 5’10, so my BMI is around he 39 mark!  Disgusting.
I’ve decided to give up on the idea of getting pregnant until I can get this weight issue under control!   My first mini goal is 29lbs, which will put me in the Obese 1 category, instead of Obese 2.  gross huh?

I’m not doing to be doing any fad diets or trends. It’s going to be all down to portion control, hard work and dedication!  I need to do this for MYSELF first & foremost, then for my boys,  and for my wonderful hubby – who despite my fluctuating with weight, has been a great man and supported me!! 

I want to be in the "normal" weight range for my height – which would be 174.  That’s 99lbs to go!  I’m aiming for roughly a year to try and get it all off! Here’s hoping!

My first mini goal I want to be mostly completed in 6 weeks (I know, it seems like a lot, but I KNOW I can do it!) 

I felt amazing when i was on the treadmill today! Hopefully it’s only going to get better!

No more excuses, no more procrastinating, i WILL do this and it WILL stick!
