3 Miles!
I completed 3 miles today!
My legs are definately feeling the burn from that interval training… phew! I tried 9mph today (30 sec run, 1 min 30 sec walking at 3mph) and boy did that kill!! I could only do 4 sets like that, then had to switch back to 8mph… and even after when I was cooling down – I can feel my legs burning. They’ll definately be sore tomorrow!
Ate good today! Although didn’t have much for breakfast because we were in a hurry. Hoping to come up with some creative for dinner… but not sure what there is – maybe just a stirfry!
