CHRONICLES…

Friday – Drew ended up coming over and helping me wash my walls so we can paint later this week…. that was the most exciting thing that happened.

Saturday – Saturday was basically just graphics and website stuff all day until around 1, then I took a shower and got ready, and then Drew came and got me. We hung out at his house for a few hours and then we went to see Starsky and Hutch with his friends Matt and Amanda. We were originally going to see Mystic River, but Matt wanted Amanda to go, so we couldn’t see an ‘R’ rated movie *sigh* Hehe, but it’s okay… S&H was actually a pretty funny movie 😀 After the movies, we went to where Matt’s families new house is being built and checked it out a bit… it’s gonna be a pretty nice house once it’s done. Then Drew brought me home….

Sunday – Sunday I woke up, got online… did some graphics stuff and made some icons for my website/graphics diary. (I put them on both hehe). At some point Rae-Rae and Uncle Tim came by, and he took gma to the bank, and when they got back I got ready for the Metallica concert. At 5:30, Drew came and got me and we drove over to the Save Mart center. We stayed in the car for a little while before the concert, just talking about stuff, and we headed to the SMC at 6ish, and got in one of the huge lines, only to find out it was floor seating only(!), so we started walking to another line, and Drew saw someone he knew, so we stood in line with them. It was pretty funny, waiting in line with them (by funny I mean there were some jokes spouted off here and there).. once we got into the SMC, Drew and I walked around for just a bit, and then went and found our seats.

Okay, Godsmack was freaking awesome!!! I honestly didn’t expect them to be that good! The only song I wanted them to do that they didn’t was Bad Religion, but it’s all good. Damn, that was great… they went on at about 7:30, and their set finished between 8:30 and 9 sometime. Metallica didn’t go on until about 9:30-9:45. *sigh* They were sooooo great. They played pretty much every song I wanted to hear (of course, I know a lot of their songs, and they couldn’t possibly play them all hehe), and even a few that suprised me. One was probably my favorite song that they performed, besides Enter Sandman. Before One they did this huge pyrotechnic show, lots of loud noises and fire. It was kind of… not my thing persay, but it was still pretty awesome. Yup… thank you again Drew! After the concert, Drew and I drove around for about 10 minutes, and then he just took me home cuz I was hecka tired, and he had to be home soon anyways.

My mom and Jimmy are staying here now, too, I guess…. probably for awhile. Her and Ben are having major problems… but who knows?
