Continuity
I missed making an entry today, oops. The good news is the weight is staying off.

Entry
Nothing much happened today. I found out Ribeye steaks have nearly twice as many calories as Prime Rib steaks. Supper wound up being smaller than I intended because of the steak I had at lunch, but I still almost hit 2000 calories. Tomorrow it’ll be less. Go zig-zag.

Tomorrow (Thursday) I’ll be doing a bunch of things, one of which is trying to reach people at the armoury by phone so I can get some work done. I get paid to work from home. I could go in but I’m not interested in walking for 1 hour 40 min in a day (50 min each way) in this weather.

I’ll contact the CEO of the talent firm I hired last year since I have one more meeting left. I’ll send out email letters requesting advice and direction from the rest of the contacts my dad gave me. I’ll get the days worked since Sep 2008 so I can start my application for my project management exam. I’ll study the books in preparation for Saturday’s study session and send out emails to everyone in the group who hasn’t sent me their 5 questions that were due on Wednesday. Only person who sent theirs in did so on Tues evening and he’s the group leader :p

Didn’t have a talk with the folks as planned. I wanted to ask them if they were going to pay for part of the wedding. I figure the answer is no. I don’t even want to talk about that right now.

I miss my girl.

Good luck with your stuff. RYN: I hope so, too. She had a bad reaction to the anesthesia a couple of years ago when she had her thyroid removed, so I’m almost more nervous about that than the surgery itself. Trying… not to think about it, really.
