~~~I really need help~~~

OK. I will write and entry later about my weekend. It was very interesting. But right now I need opinions on what to do.
As I think I have said before, my job ends the 30th of this month. I am in the process of training the lady who has been out on medical leave for 2 months how to do my job, (i am not really upset about that, I like the lady) But they created a position in the accounting department that one lady here convinced me to apply for. Its doing collections.
I turned my resume in not thinking anything. Well, on Monday I had pre interview with the lady in human resources. Well, she just called me a few minutes ago and asked if I could come to her office Monday morning for another interview. This time with my boss, his boss and another person from the accounting department. Then she walked over an application for me to fill out.
WHAT DO I DO? I like the people here, but I really can’t stand the thought of working for that woman, and I would be directly under her. I think I am going to make my decision based on how much money they offer me. I am going to set my base at $11.50. If they can’t give me at least that, then I will move on. Russ has said I can take the summer off already, so who knows.
But what would you do? I really really need help. Ask any question you want to about this and I will reply. I just need someone to help me sort this out.
