Busy day at work, as usual.  I managed to clock TWICE my daily billables, which was nice. 

The cleaners at my job are fucking hopeless and didn’t show up again.  I have volunteered to take on the job, if they decide to can the current cleaners.  It would be a 2 hour job, sometime between Friday evening and Monday morning, and probably worth $100.  I am serious about my offer, and it would be awesome to get that extra hundred bucks in every week.  M could help with it and we could get it done in half the time.  

Home made pizza for dinner tonight. 

 M put a can of Dr Pepper in the fridge for me, and I have just taken that first, delicious sip.  And before you all start thinking I’m some soda fiend (which I AM), please take this into account: Dr Pepper is a luxury item in Australia. It retails for $2.50 per can, or $30 PER GALLON.  Highway robbery is what is is.  Anyway, if we’re lucky, an export store will have 12 packs for $15, and we ration them out accordingly.  Same deal with Cherry Coke.  You can get Cherry Coke Zero aplenty, but just the regular Cherry Coke? Not so easy. 

Feeling very on edge tonight.  Keeping an ear out for psycho neighbours.  They are overdue for a fantastic fight.
